How does real-time flight tracking work?
We monitor every flight via AirLabs IATA real-time data from the moment you book. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts pickup time automatically — at zero extra charge. Critical for winter operations when ZRH snow procedures can delay landings by 30–90 minutes.
Can I book at short notice for ZRH?
Yes. EasyTransfer Transport® operates 24/7 and accepts same-day bookings subject to vehicle availability. For peak season (WEF Davos last week January, Christmas/New Year ski week) book 2–3 weeks ahead minimum. For regular weekdays, 2–4 hours advance notice is usually sufficient.

Can I cancel my Zurich Airport transfer for free?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. 50% charge for cancellations 12–24 hours before. Full charge for cancellations under 12 hours or no-show. Schedule changes at no cost up to 4 hours before pickup. Swiss consumer protection compliant.
