The Saturday problem, and why it decides your booking
Almost every UK ski package runs Saturday to Saturday, so the charter flights from Gatwick, Luton, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh land at Geneva inside the same few hours. The airport handles it, but the transport rank does not. That is the single reason to arrive with a vehicle already assigned to your name: the price was agreed weeks ago, the chauffeur is holding a board past customs, and nothing about your journey depends on what the queue looks like at 14:00 on the first Saturday of February.
Swiss sector, French sector, and where your driver waits
Geneva Airport sits on the border and has two exits. Flights from the United Kingdom arrive in the Swiss sector, and that is where your chauffeur waits, past customs, with a name board. Leaving through the French sector by mistake puts a border between you and your car. If you booked a chalet in Chamonix, Morzine or Les Gets you will still cross into France by road, but the pickup itself happens on the Swiss side.
Coming home
For the return leg on a Saturday in high season, leave the resort three hours before departure. Outside high season, two hours is enough. Give us your flight number and we set the pickup time for you.

Choosing the vehicle for a ski group
Two adults with soft bags and boot bags travel comfortably in the E-Class. A family of four with skis, or a group of six, needs the V-Class or the electric EQV, which take up to 7 passengers. Tell us how many pairs of skis and how many boot bags when you book, and we assign the vehicle that actually fits.
Questions UK travellers ask
Should I book a ski transfer before I fly or arrange one on arrival?
Book before you fly. Saturday is the busiest day of the winter at Geneva Airport, when most UK charter and low cost flights land within a few hours of each other. A pre-booked vehicle has a fixed price and a chauffeur waiting in arrivals. Arranging transport on the day in January means queueing, and paying whatever the day rate happens to be.
What happens if my flight from the UK is delayed or diverted?
Your flight is tracked in real time from its UK departure and the pickup moves with the aircraft at no extra cost. You have 60 minutes of free waiting at Geneva arrivals from the moment the aircraft lands. If a flight is diverted, call or WhatsApp +41 79 968 06 60 and we reorganise the pickup.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A family of four pays the same as two people in the same car. Prices are set and charged in Swiss francs, and are fixed at the time of booking with no surge pricing and no meter.
Do you charge extra for skis, snowboards and child seats?
No. Ski and snowboard bags travel free in the Mercedes V-Class and EQV, which take up to 7 passengers. Child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge and are never charged as an extra. Tell us the ages of the children when you book.
Which resorts do you cover from Geneva Airport?
The Swiss side, including Verbier, Zermatt, Crans-Montana, Villars-sur-Ollon, Champery and Nendaz, and the French side, including Chamonix, Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz. If your resort is not listed, call us, we drive the whole Alpine arc from Geneva.
