How fast is the booking confirmation?
Average time from typing pickup to receiving the email confirmation with PDF voucher is 30 seconds. The chauffeur is confirmed within minutes; if dispatch cannot fulfil within 5 minutes, you are refunded automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Twint for retail. Corporate clients (hotels, agencies, crews) ride on NET 30 monthly invoice. All payments are 3-D Secure (SCA-compliant) and processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
When is my card charged?
Payment is authorised when you book and captured only when the chauffeur is confirmed. If no chauffeur is available, the authorisation is voided immediately — your statement shows nothing.
What is in the email confirmation?
A PDF voucher with reservation number, route, pickup time, vehicle class, driver name and plate (added 30 minutes before pickup), an ICS calendar invite, a live tracking link, the 24/7 dispatch number, and a single-click cancel/modify link valid up to 24h before pickup.
Is Twint supported?
Yes. Twint is fully supported as a native Swiss payment method, available on mobile devices with the Twint app installed. It works at the same booking screen as card payments.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Free cancellation and full refund up to 24h before pickup, processed within 5 banking days back to the original card. Inside 24h: 50% refunded. No-show: no refund. The same rule for everyone, printed on every confirmation.
Are corporate accounts available?
Yes. Hotels, travel agencies, DMCs and airline crew operations ride on NET 30 monthly invoice with a single PDF statement and cost-centre tagging. Onboarding takes 24 hours — start here.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor used by Amazon, Shopify and Booking.com. Card data never touches our servers. Every transaction is 3-D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication compliant) per EU PSD2 and Swiss FINMA standards.
Do I receive a Swiss invoice?
Yes. Every booking generates a PDF receipt/invoice with the Swiss company details, reservation number and breakdown. Corporate clients receive a consolidated monthly statement. EasyTransfer Transport® does not charge VAT on private chauffeur transfers in Switzerland.
What if I don't receive the email?
Check spam/promotions. The sender is info@easy-transfers.ch via direct SMTP — whitelisted. If still missing, call dispatch +41 79 968 06 60 or WhatsApp — we can resend in seconds. The booking is in our system the moment payment is authorised.
