The price includes the chauffeur, Mercedes-Benz vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking at the airport, and up to 60 minutes of free waiting time for arrivals. No hidden fees, no meter running.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes. EasyTransfer Transport® operates 24/7 and accepts bookings at short notice, subject to vehicle availability. For guaranteed availability we recommend booking in advance online or by phone at +41 79 968 06 60.
Which vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (executive), E-Class (business), V-Class (up to 7 passengers, ideal for groups and ski luggage), and EQV electric. All vehicles are black, insured, and maintained to 5-star standard.
Is the price fixed or does it change?
The price is 100% fixed at the time of booking. There are no surge pricing, no night surcharges, no toll extras, and no surprises. The price you see is the price you pay.
How does flight tracking work?
We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically. You will never be charged extra for flight delays. Your chauffeur will be at arrivals with a name board when you land.
Do you offer corporate accounts?

How much is a private transfer to Burgenstock Resort?
A private Mercedes transfer to Burgenstock Resort starts from CHF 280, agreed before the journey and quoted per vehicle, not per person. The price includes the chauffeur, the Mercedes, fuel and tolls, airport parking and 60 minutes of free waiting at arrivals. No meter, no surge, no hidden fees.
Is the price per vehicle or per person?
Per vehicle. The whole car is yours, so a family or a group of colleagues pays one price and not a fare multiplied by the number of passengers.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Flight delays are tracked automatically via AirLabs and the pickup time adjusts on its own, with no extra charge for the wait: 60 minutes free at the airport.
Can I follow my chauffeur in real time?
Yes. You receive a secure tracking link by SMS and email. You watch your chauffeur on the map in real time, with the vehicle plate and the ETA, and you can share the link with anyone waiting for you.
Can I bring skis, snowboards or extra luggage?
Yes. Ski and snowboard equipment is carried at no extra charge, and child seats, free WiFi and bottled water are on board. The Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers with ski luggage; tell us the equipment when you book so the right vehicle is assigned.
Who operates the service?
EasyTransfer Transport® is a Swiss transport operator registered in Vaud under CHE-339.227.160, with cantonal authorisation LEAE-CHF-EV-2024-0053 and Geneva LTVTC-31389. You book directly with the transfer operator that drives you, not through a broker or a marketplace.
How do I pay, and can I pre-book?
You book and pay online with secure card payment before the journey, and you receive a digital receipt by email. Corporate and partner accounts can be invoiced monthly instead.
