How does real-time flight tracking work?
We monitor every flight via AirLabs IATA real-time data from the moment you book. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts pickup time automatically, at zero extra charge. Critical for winter operations when ZRH snow procedures can delay landings by 30 to 90 minutes.
Can I book at short notice for ZRH?
Yes. EasyTransfer Transport® operates 24/7 and accepts same-day bookings subject to vehicle availability. For peak season (WEF Davos last week January, Christmas/New Year ski week) book 2 to 3 weeks ahead minimum. For regular weekdays, 2 to 4 hours advance notice is usually sufficient.

Mercedes E-Class: ideal for 1 to 3 passengers on business or leisure. Mercedes S-Class: VIP executive travel, maximum comfort. Mercedes V-Class: perfect for families, groups or ski luggage (up to 7 passengers). Mercedes EQV: 100% electric V-Class, zero emissions, 7 passengers. All include WiFi, bottled water, USB chargers, child seats on request.

Can I cancel my Zurich Airport transfer for free?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. 50% charge for cancellations 12 to 24 hours before. Full charge for cancellations under 12 hours or no-show. Schedule changes at no cost up to 4 hours before pickup. Swiss consumer protection compliant.
